What you're trying to do is not possible this way because the v3 Maps API doesn't provide info window tabs.
You have a couple of possibilities: 1. Use a third party lib with much overhead, much hassle and slow loading as side effect. 2. Pay me 100 € to get the short, handsome, and cross-browser- compatible code of this example http://www.wolfpil.de/v3/tabbed-infowindow.html 3. Develop tabbed infowindows by yourself.
