We’ve encountered some unexpected behaviour with the Google Maps API, and I was
wondering if anyone can provide some insight about how to solve the issue.

For the area around San Antonio (Texas), Google Maps (i.e. maps.google.com)
let us zoom to the 21st zoom level of satellite imagery.
However, the v3 Maps API only zoom to the 20th zoom level. The
getMaxZoomAtLatLong() method returns 20 for this area.
The v2 Maps API also zoom to the 21st level at the same location.

Is there are way for us to zoom to the 21st level of satellite imagery in this
area using the v3 Maps API? What is the difference between the v2 and v3
implementations and maps.google.com that causes this discrepancy?
