I havent been able to fully understand it (there is a python script with no docs that transforms the georeferenced shp file into json files) but i'm facing the same issue, except on my case i have about 5000+ polygons..they show up fine, but takes a while (20 sec) by the way, which PolyCluster are you using? can you point me to a site?
