Well, I'm sure you could figure out the structure by looking at the
PWA UI, it looks suspiciously like:

http://picasaweb.google.com/<username>/<albumName>#<photoId>

It might not be the best idea to rely on the URL format in case it
changes in the future. The safest bet is to use the link in the entry,
but if you don't mind the possibility of it breaking some day...
