So what did you do to try to solve this? And, i like to clarify, this is a .NET programming problem on windows CE, not a Google Service problem. As there are only a few .NET programmers frequenting this forum, you might also want to inquire in the MSDN forums...
Your code does not show that you are actually setting writebuffering to true (it is false by default on CF). So did you try setting? The error message is pretty clear..
