Wow, it was actually something?????   I was second guessing myself for a while 
because it mysteriously fixed itself.

Just some additional information... When I attempted to delete one of the 
images in fraghouse's album (sorry fraghouse), I received a PHP error that had 
something to do with the file not being found.  So it seems that the resulting 
access to the other person's album was read only.
