I read a post on here asking about the terms of service for Picasa, and it is exactly my question but it has never been answered so here I ask.
I want to store my photos on Picasa Web Albums and would like to build a page on my website to list the albums and show the photos. In the terms of service it says that each end user must have a Picasa account. Does this apply only to me because I am the only one uploading the photos? Or is it impossible to do because every single person to view the page would be required to have an account?
