Hi, You should be more specific with that. Do you want to download all pictures ? Then use picasa application, grab pictures, and upload to your web site.
Or you want to use <img> tags, pointing to google picasaweb servers ? Then you should probably read picasaweb API manual for php, go through it, and ask questions ;). I'm non-programmer, and it took ~8 hrs to build working system (check www.wings.lt: my father uploads pictures through picasa application, and if they are set to "public" in picasaweb, they automatically appears on the web page.
