We are about to build a new image bank for a national tourist board
organization. We want to create the image bank within Picasa and use
some of the APIs to connect and show the images on a separate site.
The images we use will be partly from our own Picasa account (both
rights-managed and creative commons) and from other feeds from Picasa
and Flickr users (with their approval of course).

Now to our question; do you allow these kind of apps?
It´s non-commercial in the sense of that we will not use it to sell
images, the pictures are available for high-res download for certain
target groups but still free of charge. The images will also be
available for all visitors to Picasa (of course) which, in our
perspective, is the main reason to use Picasa and the Picasa API.

Still, of course, it´s commercial in the sense of the main purpose of
marketing the country through the images we show on the image bank.

At this time we most of all want to ask you if this is ok. And does it
classify as non-commercial though this is a large brand?

If you need more information and/or you need more clarifications, don
´t hestiate to mail me.

Thanks in advance.
