Hi, I have two problems working with search by tag.
I want to search the Picasa web albums for photos by their tags. But I was wondering if the default search of photos by tags is based on relevancy. I mean, are the most relevant photos sorted first or not? If not, what kind of query should I use? My other problem is that I don't know how to do the search with "AND" operator and not the "OR". So, when I'm searching for "mouse" and "Keyboard", I JUST want the photos which contain BOTH tags of "mouse" and "keyboard".
