I found the solution. Place the following code before PicasawebService
instantiation, it's better to be run once time only:
System.getProperties().put("proxySet", "true");
System.getProperties().put("proxyHost", host);
System.getProperties().put("proxyPort", port);
Authenticator.setDefault(new Authenticator() {
@Override
protected PasswordAuthentication
getPasswordAuthentication() {
return new PasswordAuthentication(username,
password.toCharArray());
}
});
where username and password are for proxy.
