I did not see any specific limitations in the "Google APIs Terms of
Service". However, I would consider the bandwidth used for a commercial
project. If it is too high, Google might be unhappy and suspend your
service. (Google "picasa bandwidth" for articles that address this issue)
You might consider a commercial alternative, ex. SMUGMUG.
