Hi,

I want to write a plugin for my blog that would test if there are new
photos waiting in the "Picasa DropBox" folder (the folder where photos sent
by e-mail are stored).

The difficulty is that the folder often changes its id (I believe when it
is emptied and recreated). For example, a few days ago it was called
"DropBox04" and it is now "DropBox05". This ever-changing name makes it
impossible to write a reliable function to check if new photos have been
sent.

Is this possible to force the "Picasa Dropbox" folder to keep the same
identifier even when it is emptied (destroyed?) and re-created (and so
force it to keep a permanent URL)?

Alternatively, is this possible to retrieve dynamically the current name of
the "Picasa Dropbox folder"?

Thanks for your help!

Grégoire
