Hi, is there any information about how and in which way I am allowed to use images/photos from Picasa Web Album ? I am thinking about the licence.
I am planning a service-website, which handles with public available photos from a Picasa Web Album. For example, it will randomly deliver a photo under a previously defined URL. ( https://developers.google.com/picasa-web/docs/2.0/developers_guide_protocol#ListAlbums ) Are all those "public available" photos from an album free to use ? I don't want to use it for my own. I wil further, if a picture is "used" in any way, output, in some way, information about copyright's and owner of this photo. But actually the client the this photo from my website-URL. So, thats the deal with it. I didn't find anything about the license stuff.
