We're using the Picasa Search API with geo parameters, like this:

https://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/all?max-results=100&bbox=-75.418890,37.105330,-71.277044,40.386071&imgmax=d&thumbsize=110u&start-index=1

For the past 2 weeks, the search results have been very inconsistent. For
example, results for the above URL include data without any location
element and data that is outside the specified bbox. None of the results
are located inside the bbox. This is typical for all of the requests we
make to the API.

Is this a known issue at the moment?

Thanks,
Scott
