I've been using https://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/user/USERID to get my list of albums. I have 486 albums, but I receive only 354. I authenticate using Oauth2, python httplib2. I looked at a couple of missing albums in my browser and they are public. I tried v=2 and alt=json and get the same results.
