Using the User based Feed, does not work correctly - GET https://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/user/userID?kind=photo&max-results=10 This always returns very few results, sometimes none at all. Also Pagination on this API Endpoint returns all duplicates. *Test Case -* https://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/user/103998881147423649062?kind=photo&start-index=1&max-results=50&v=2&alt=json This results no photos. But there are a lot of photos publicly visible on the users G+ Page- https://plus.google.com/+NewYork/photos *Impact-* The whole point of Google Photos is unsed, because the API cannot retrieve User Photos.
