Hi!

Have you found any solution to this problem? We're trying also to get the 
userID and albumID from a photos.google.com URL (or some other URL similar 
to 
https://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/base/user/USER_ID/albumid/ALBUM_ID?alt=rss&kind=photo&hl=ca)
 
to get al the photos from a public album.
