Most of my photo albums are in the archive. All picasaweb feeds work OK
for them.

Two recent albums are in Google Photos and have the following problem:
http://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/user/103831569142345742987/album/6387568307756830241
returns the correct xml, but
http://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/api/user/103831569142345742987/album/6387568307756830241?alt=json
returns "No album found.”

I expected the same data to be returned but in the JSON format. If the
albumid were one that is in the archive then the xml and json both work.

How do I submit a bug report (I can't seem to find an appropriate component
for the issue tracker)?
