Another unexpected Tables feed behaviour: you can't create multiple tables 
with the same <worksheet name="Foo"/>.  Attempts to create subsequent tables 
fail with:

403 Forbidden

This operation is not permitted because it would alter the structure of this

This occurs even if the 2nd table is defined identically to the first one.

I had expected that one could define multiple table 'views' of a sheet.
