Hi David ,

       i think it not possible to use google app script to send data to my 
application , can you  please help me doing the same with second method you 
suggested for me 
 your webapp can 'pull' data from:
      a) the 'worksheet' feed, with an If-Modified-Since header to avoid 
unnecessary polling of actual data
      b) the 'list', 'table/record' feed, or 'cell' feeds to actually grab 
information from the sheet

please help me
