Hello, I registered my application as desktop app. I got authorization token (BTW: Vic, the app, registered as desktop app does not reqire WEB server while getting token!!!") But how should I use this token if the URLs below are GET URLs?

And why they retrieve all rows and columns out of my spreadsheet? They should show just selected rows and columns. BTW, I could not find how "rowId" should look like. Why these URLs does not work on another machine? I got "Not Found. Error 404". Thanks.
