Using Query objects in V3.0 python library

I have been banging my head around finding the equivalent for the V2.0 query 
API and so far didn't find a single sample when searching in google or the 
gdata source. How would someone use e.g., 
gdata.spreadsheets.client.CellQuery? It seems to have the right set of 
parameters, each corresponding to the cells feed, but I can't find any 
method that takes this object or spits out a modified URI with the params 
passed to this object. I would appreciate any pointers.
