I should also mention that I noticed something in this instructional video
at 13:18:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=R3DIVDNEslc#t=798s

When Cameron references cells in the query, there's a chunk of the code
that looks like this

"...where Col4 contains """&D2&"""..."

I looked at his
spreadsheet<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Am5Xsf1r3lGjdENCQzJEX0NLOGhvWnpGbUFvTDA1YVE&usp=sharing>,

trying to dissect that mess of quotations and ampersands. None of them are
single quotes, to my surprise, they are 3 pairs of double quotes
surrounding ampersands and cell reference.

My eyes are crossing from trying to figure this out. Cameron doesn't
explain this in his video, unfortunately. If someone can break down for me
what the 3 pairs of double quotes are doing, that might help me get my
"Aha!" moment.

I did have some success when I used this method to reference an *empty cell*to
accomplish one of my tasks of importing empty cells from my calendars.
