I am developing a spreadsheet that will have numerous drop down boxes from which to select an item. Once all of the boxes have an item selected (approximately 60-80) I would like to right a formula that would return a count of how many times each of the potential items (20-30) occurs. I am familiar with COUNTIF but there has to be an easier way of doing this than doing a COUNTIF for each item in the drop down box.
