you have to exhibit the caoability of supporting jingle by sending the
following message to Gtalk.

<c node=\"http://www.google.com/xmpp/client/caps\"; ver=\"1.0\" ext=
\"jingle voice-v1\" xmlns=\"http://jabber.org/protocol/caps\"/>

Now you will be able to receive the call.
