To federate with Google Talk, just turn on the right "server to
server" bits in the configuration of your Jabber/XMPP server
deployment and the XMPP protocols take care of the rest (read RFC 3920
for all the details). For LCS integration, I have no idea. Maybe
negotiate a business level agreement and send them lots of money?
