I use my own jabber server with my own JID, which happens to be my Google sign-in ID, too.
When I click "Launch Google Talk" at http://www.google.com/talk, it launches, and I get a subscription request from every Google Talk user who has previously added me to their roster. It's as if the system knows that these users have subscribed to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and isn't doing the legwork to recognise that actually, Google Talk doesn't host "weej.com", and that "xmpp.weej.net" does. I couldn't find a better place to report this bug, which is a bit of a shame. Do Google not have a formal bug reporting facility? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "google-talk-open" group.
