I have installed ortp 0.7.1 .And all libraries which are required for libjingle0.2.1 and 0.4.0 are one and same. But I think problem may be due to gcc/glibc versions are difference. Right now I have gcc 3.3.2 .I have solved errors that I got on gcc 4.1.2. And I want to cross-compile libjingle . And for that I am using scratchbox. And not too many cross-compilers they have provided,so anyways I have to stick to gcc 3.3.2.
