Hi There.... I too had faced the problem a long time back..... Can u try this.... when u extract GIPS there is this library folder which contains all the static libraries and the dll. Copy the dll and paste it in the folder where your call.exe is created ( usually it is created under the talk/debug folder and run your call.exe. Let me know if ur error gets solved.
