Hello,

I have a query to all of you brilliant minds working with libjingle. I am
trying to modify Libjingle to accept friend request. For example say user
[EMAIL PROTECTED] using gtalk client sends a friend request to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] libjingle call application the call application
should have the
capability to accept the friend request.

I did some preliminary investigation on XMPP protocol. There are these
Presence stanzas with type as "subscribe" and "subscribed", my initial
understanding was that this information can be used to accept user
subscribtions(Add/Remove) request. I tried to modify the presencepushtalk.ccand
presenceouttask.cc to parse the presence stanzas for type="subscribe" I
wished I could achieve my goal my preocessing such Presence stanzas, but
hard luck to me as no success.

Can anyone of you brilliant people tell me whether my approach is correct or
there is some particular way of handling friend request.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Swanand
