I am considering using Google Talk software to develop a voice chat
application with a UI specifically tailored to meet the needs of the
physically disabled. Before I start down that path I need to
understand what the licensing restrictions are.

I believe the following are true:
1) For the Microsoft environment, Google Talk must be linked with GIPS
VoiceEngine Multimedia Lite.
2) The GIPS software is available with a royality license but the
license expires after 60 days.

With an expiration after 60 days it seems of no value for creating an
application for distribution.

Am I overlooking something?
