I am told to put my question here but it doesn't appear that a google theme employee responds here. Why is that and while we are at it once again are there constant issues with theme acceptance and updates? The updates for a theme already accepted should definitely not take weeks to set up. It is absolutely ridiculous excuse to say it may take two weeks. I have had a situation where a particular theme was uploaded and installed in a few days.
