For some reason it doing that again and there just never seems to be a resolution to the constant issues with theme submissions. I had a week long winter theme and every time I submitted it would say that the images were not found. I used PNG image files and I know if I changed them to JPEG files it would probably upload easier. I just however, gave up on it and made a regular theme but even though that has been received it still hasn't be uploaded. So long story short keep trying until you get completely tried of it like I have gotten and I just slowed my theme making down to a trickle. If I even bother now! It is just way to frustrating!!!!
