The problem could be yet mentioned height of footer image, but I think also these rows are causing "Invalid URL to download:" error: <Attribute name="header.tile_image.url" /> <Attribute name="footer.center_image.url" />
If there is no attribute, try removing it, it could be seen as empty (so invalid) URL of image.
