ok onto the acctuall question: I am not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve danshultz11 but i think you are talking about the spot to the right of the thumbnail outlining the star rating of the theme as well as the no. of users etc I am pretty sure that is reserved for google only. i guess its designed so the user can see what is made by google and what is not.
