I just wanted to say that there is hope. My theme http://www.google.co.uk/ig?skin=http://www.mameaddicts.com/igoogle/arcadetheme.xml is now up in the directory in 3 days. From what I am reading, I guess I am lucky. So, you know....I just put the xml on my personal site along with the thumbnail, header,footer,screen shot pictures. Then entered the url of were xml is (i know you all know about this). After I submit, message shows the file that were copied....done.
