Welcome to the fun of theme at Google! Join with the rest of us that have issue with theme submissions. Either your theme doesn't show up or the theme submissions are so back logged that when you submit you theme it continuously comes back with file not found. I am sure it will only be a matter of time until you tire of it too....just as I have! Have fun!!!
