I would love to see a host of google themes available through all their branded domains, it would give the brand more cohesion and feel more like 1 site - like when you use no themes at all.
Specifically Shiny. This is a great simplistic yet elegant theme. The only things Id like to see changed is the faded background become a fixed image that the content scrolls over and that the labels box behave and appear more like your main folders.
