Ok, I figured out Changing the City/Country At the top click My Account > Click Settings on iGoogle > For my test I put in Japan for the Location and Tokyo for the city. And select save. If the image doesn't change. Find this page again and click "Add it now". Rinse and repeat if it doesn't work, lol. So find the City/ Country combo that would work for your needs.
