Submitting API theme process is unknown and seem crazy... In the way, the success message is already a good thing but after that : not yet informations...
You must check all the new added themes pages for searching for your theme... The success message of sousmission is not the equivalent of validation from Google and validation should depend on the API Google theme policy... First because u can know nothing about submitting result so best is to have an API theme more near that's possible than policy.....
