Picture sizes are not correct sizes, your Header_Tile is not an equal division of your Header_Main.
Header - Your main is 800x175 while the tile is 140x175, try making that 160x175 (160 x 5 = 800) Footer - For the Tile neither dimension is correct (176x175) correct size is (division of center x 140) so try 160x140 Attrition image - needs to be 100x50 All sizes are listed in the table - http://code.google.com/intl/en/apis/themes/docs/reference.html Try fixing the sizes and see if that works for you.
