Here is a good example of the problem. Google is not screening anything. There are blank white themes, blank black themes, and your theme, as well as themes of foreheads, girlfriends (in 6 to 8 copies) and other things ad nauseum. Google has destroyed what could have been a good thing by managing it poorly.
