I have been trying for weeks to submit updates to my theme but I keep getting the error that files cannot be accessed even though the theme tests just fine. I know this has something to do with the google server going to fast but this has been going on for weeks from multiple computers. Is there anyone out there that can get this to submit error free. At this point I don't even care if it gets submitted as a new theme rather then just an update.
