Kubix, I *suspect* the reason for your submission being delayed could be the usage of your website URL in the header of the theme.
The developer's guide is fairly specific that themes will be rejected unless such information is placed in the footer, in the special attribution area located in the lower-right of the theme template - this is the area Google has set aside for the developer's logo, and such. Aside from that, this group is filled with horror stories about folks trying to get themes listed - many of us professional designers and very skilled at what we do. They all work fine - they just *never* show up.... For some reason, it seems the better you are at this, the longer your themes take to appear. Meanwhile, the simple inclusion of some *extremely* copyrighted material - various Disney characters, Warner Brothers, the Detroit RedWings (NHL), and many, many more.... - these, all seem to have no trouble popping up over night. Themes are a nightmare - Google is an impressive incubator of cool, neat ideas that make the web truly better; however, this is one TRUE disaster that Google has allowed to propagate - the most unfortunate aspect, is that there are real companies, with real (multi-$$Billion) brands that are being done real damage - at this very second... In MY opinion, Google seems to not care, in fact, in MY opinion, they seem to be condoning through their neglect to take action, despite repeated calls for assistance to the problem.
