The W3C validates your XML as OK, and I don't see any obvious problems
with it either. If there was a problem with the XML it probably
wouldn't run on iGoogle at all.

More likely, it's just stuck in Google's hopeless "approval" process,
that certainly happens quite often. In which case, there's not much
you can do; they usually do clear eventually. A Googler used to stop
by here occasionally and follow up on these, but nobody's seen her for
a while.

That's not a PHP question per se, it needs to happen at the OS level.
On a *nix host, you'll be needing a cron job. Here's a nice little
guide: http://www.htmlcenter.com/blog/running-php-scripts-with-cron/

If your host is Windows (or other OS), you'll need to research how to
schedule a PHP job on that platform.
