Sounds like the same problem discussed many times in this group. And I don't think the answer has changed: it's not your problem, it's Google's.
I can see all your image files, so the URLs are correct. And your theme tests OK on line from here, so there aren't any fatal problems with the XML. Just keep trying to submit. Eventually you'll either get it to work, or you'll give up in disgust. It has been suggested by one of the Google people that you can contact the Group Owner about problems with specific themes, although I don't know whether anyone has ever had a response from doing this. But if you still can't get your images to upload and you don't get a Google response here, contacting the group owner is about the only course left (click "About this group" then "email the owner" or something like that). Just a comment on your XML - check your hex color attributes - some of them look a bit short of characters, so your theme mightn't be displaying some of the colours you intended! Good luck!
