I'm having a look at your theme now, but it appears to be OK so far - it's 7:30 pm in Australia and the theme is displaying image 4, which is the one it should be displaying from 12pm to 8 pm.
The exact time it changes may depend on how often your iGoogle page is set to refresh. I have noticed that the exact changeover time can be considerably later than the time set in the theme.
