I can see your theme OK, but I have no way of knowing whether it is displayed the way you intended. The image I see is 1000px wide x 175px high, is nearly black at the bottom with a red glow above, fading up into a blue sky mottled with pink and purple.
Google has changed the way themes are displayed on smaller screens, and that could be what you are seeing.
