Do you just want to use a theme that changes daily, or are you making your own theme?
There are some themes which change daily, like Google's Solar System theme: http://www.google.com/ig/directory?type=themes&url=www.google.com/ig/modules/apiskins/planets.xml but they are hard to find. It is not possible to have your iGoogle page change automatically to a different theme every day. If you are making your own theme, you will need to write it in XML and use the "DayOfWeek" Trait name.
